Job Placement

The job-generating project has been established exclusively for the persons with disabilities. The major objective of the project is to explore and find out suitable employment for the disabled people through making communication and discussing with the prospective employers. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) has been supported the program. The bank interviewed the persons with disabilities for employment. Till 2008 BERDO created 115 jobs for people with disabilities.
